The Academy consists of a series of independent, but allied colleges based on areas of concentration (ie, medical, nursing, allied health, fire and hazardous materials, communication, logistics, administration, etc). Each college has a president and a member on the academy council. Each college determines its own rules and procedures in line with the guidance of the academy council. Administration of the academy will be through a secretariat office responsible to the steering committee of the academy and the academy council.
