The North American Academy of Mass Casualty Care shall exist as an academic and professional organization providing an interface in which all members of the disaster / mass casualty care communities may communicate and interact for the better transmission of information, training, and development of goals and procedures to continuously improve mass casualty care in this hemisphere.
